From August 27–30, 2026, the Meno Niša Gallery will participate for the third time in Scandinavia’s largest international contemporary art fair Enter Art Fair in Copenhagen, which annually brings together around 90 galleries and more than 20,000 visitors. The fair stands out for its strong expert and VIP program, high organizational quality, and a year-round communication platform that ensures the visibility of galleries and artists on the international stage.

Represented artists:

  • Jelena Škulis, (LT)
  • Jurgis Tarabilda, (LT)
  • Monika Plentauskaitė, (LT)
  • Gedvilė Tamošiūnaitė (LT)

For the first time, the 2026 fair will feature Monika Plentauskaitė, one of the most prominent Lithuanian painters of her generation. She works in oil painting, and her work is characterized by strong cultural references and elements of magical realism. She completed her master’s degree in painting at the Vilnius Academy of Arts in 2018 and won the Young Painter’s Prize that same year. Her work has been recognized by collectors in Lithuania and abroad, and her pieces are held in prominent institutions and have garnered attention in Scandinavia.

The exhibition will also feature minimalist, abstract sculptural objects by Jurgis Tarabilda, an artist of the same generation. His interdisciplinary practice encompasses sculpture, painting, neon, drawings, and photography. The artist’s works have been successfully exhibited at international art fairs in Berlin, Basel, Antwerp, and elsewhere, and his practice is valued for its conceptual clarity and aesthetic focus.

Dr. Jelena Škulis will be participating in the fair for the second time, presenting works created using metal techniques that combine textile thinking with industrial materials.

The gallery’s program will be complemented by photographer Gedvilė Tamošiūnaitė. The artist completed her studies in photography and media art at the Vilnius Academy of Arts and earned a master’s degree in photography in Lausanne. Her creative practice encompasses photography and video art, and her research explores the transformation of contemporary human emotions within digital visual culture.

Although all the artists work in different techniques and are distinguished by their unique visual and conceptual language, the exhibition will be unified by Jelena Škulis’ installation Feelings. Metal objects with textual inscriptions naming emotions and reactions to the works will serve as a conceptual and emotional bridge. They will encourage the viewer to move between the works and form a cohesive, color-coordinated, and professionally curated exhibition.
